Karm-Syndia is a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor, recognized with multiple awards for her contributions to the arts. She began her formal dance training in Port-au-Prince, Haiti at the Joëlle Donatien-Belot École de Danse, studying Haitian folklore, Hip Hop and Jazz. After relocating to the United States in 2008, she expanded her studies in Modern, Contemporary and Ballet at Pine Manor College, where she also served as a member of the college’s Dance Ensemble and graduated with a minor in dance.
In 2011, she founded KS Dance Studio in the greater Boston area (with a second location in Taunton, MA), which offers a variety of dance classes for all ages.
Over the years, Karm-Syndia has established a strong reputation and earned several awards and accolades within the dance industry and the Boston community.

Dance with karm-syndia
Karm-Syndia currently teaches Haitian Folklore, Ballet, Afrobeats, Liturgical, and Lyrical dance. She also choreographs for music videos, wedding dances, and private performances. In addition to teaching, Karm-Syndia organizes dance workshops and engages audiences through interactive performances at community festivals, adult day health centers, and nursing homes.
